I'm a big fan of crock pot cooking! Somehow I feel like I'm cheating or taking the easy way out, but I don't care..... I just love walking in the door after a long day at work to the wonderful aroma that fills the air.
Since I'm an early riser, throwing together a meal in the morning, is so much easier than coming home at 5:30 and trying to come up with something to eat. Besides, if our kids decide to drop in for dinner, there's always plenty.
The soup sure tasted great tonight!
