This past weekend, we not only celebrated my Dad's 80th Birthday, but we also had a bridal shower for my sweet niece, Kelly! She's getting married a few days after Christmas, and we couldn't be happier for her. Kelly, is on the right, with her sister, Jane.....
...and, with her bridesmaids, carrying the lovely(?!) bouquet we made out of the bows from her shower gifts.
Kelly will be wearing the garter that my Grandmother made for my Mom. I also made this garter for Kelly to wear and keep - her colors are black and red.
My sister's and I put the shower on for her, and we really had fun--I think I have quite a few new "laugh lines" after this weekend.
(And, speaking of lines, why do we always have to line up according to age?!)
