"'Tis the Season to be Jolly".........except when it comes to shopping! I use to love to shop. But this time of year, it's more of a contact sport than a leisurely stroll through the aisles.  The stores are crowded, the kids are crying and the lines are long. So, I can say without hesitation, that I was very happy to to finish up my shopping this weekend! With the cookies baked and the gifts wrapped, I'm thinking my "To Do" list is shrinking fast.
I'm really looking forward to Christmas Eve when our family will be home. I heard the weatherman say that there was a big snowstorm headed our way, but I'm counting on the fact that they're wrong about 60% of the time.   I really am "dreaming of a White Christmas", just not a blizzard! I want the kind with a light snowfall, bright moonlight, and nice clear skies with twinkling stars.........that's not asking too much, is it?

Sounds dreamy to me Nancy, moonlit skies with sparkling snow.... reminds me of Alaska. Or Oregon. We have had fog here for a few days so the trees are covered with a frosting that is magical. Not the Wendover we are used to seeing and we love it! Merry Christmas to you my dear!
