There sure is nothing like a good cup (or 2, or 3, or 4....) of coffee! I know, I've read all of those studies that say too much coffee isn't good for you, but I've chosen to ignore those, and go with the ones that list all of the advantages of drinking it!
Like this quote from WebMD:
"At least six studies indicate that people who drink coffee on a regular basis are up to 80% less likely to develop Parkinson's. Other research shows that compared to not drinking coffee, at least two cups daily can translate to a 25% reduced risk of colon cancer, an 80% drop in liver cirrhosis risk, and nearly half the risk of gallstones. There's also some evidence that coffee may help manage asthma, stop a headache, boost mood, and even prevent cavities."
So, there ya' go! Since I think this could basically qualify as a "health food", I'm off for a refill.............!
