I've always had a "thing" for hummingbirds, and a passion for gardening. And, I guess it must go back a long way by the looks of this drawing. I made this for my Mom 49 years ago, when I was in 2nd grade.
I think that's a tulip, dahlia and blue daisy (I was only 7, so daisies could be blue in my world back then!) The photo below was taken in 1961, in my Grandparent's garden.
