A question I seem to get asked a lot is "Where do you get your inspiration from?" I never have to look far, as my workroom is full of things to keep me inspired for a long, long time!
looking through my vintage postcard collection,
sorting through my containers of buttons,
organizing my trims and ribbons,
sorting the various pieces of jewelry I've accumulated,
picking out fabric from my stacks,
paging through my old doll books,
deciding what pin or velvet flower might work for an item,
or just simply enjoying the beauty of old handmade lace,
I always have something that will spark my creativity and let me follow my muse!
