Victorian Whimsies

I was 8 years old in this photo (and a little gawky!), and; it's about the time I started taking piano lessons. I continued the lessons all the way through high school, and; then went on to take classes and; play in recitals through my sophomore year at college. I can’t remember where I put my car keys most days, but I do remember the last song I performed at a recital was “Greensleeves” in 1974. I haven't played much in the past 30 yrs, but lately I’ve had the desire to hit the keys. But, I am positive I'll never have the desire to have those bangs again-YIKES!
